The moment you stop thinking “I can’t eat that ___, because its not on my diet :( ” and start thinking “I can eat that ___, but I don’t want to because it will only hinder my progress/is full of chemical additives/is unhealthy/has no nutrients/for whatever reason. That is the moment you will realize YOU are in control. you CAN do this. you don’t need those ‘foods’, and you start to not even want them anymore. I promise.

- is not restrictive
- allows you to trust your body
- is not obsessive
- doesn’t use food as a reward or punishment
- doesn’t have to be “perfect”
- allows you to live your life, but it is not your life
- does not exclude any food group
- consists of foods that make you feel energized and healthy
